Why Does My Business Need A Website?
Are you asking yourself that question? You probably have Facebook page, maybe even a Instagram account. But you just don't see the point of a website.
Let me try to break it down for you in this post.
If I (personally) am looking for info for business, yeah I'll probably go on Facebook and find and like the page but if I really want to learn more about the company, I'll look for the website. If I want to know more about the owners and staff, if I want to read the history of the business, if I wanna read news from the business, I'll look for the website.
You're reading this on my website right?
What Is A Responsive Website?
A responsive website basically just means it looks the same across all devices (PC, Phone, and Tablet) but it adjusts so that it fits on that device, like this website below.

How Do I Choose The Best Domain Name?
So you want to start a website and the first thing you need to do is pick a domain name, or URL as it is also called. You really don't really want something long or something too short. It should be easy to remember and it should tell about the business just by the domain. So say your business is called "Jim's Car Shop" you wouldn't want to pick a domain like (MyCars.com). Yes that says something about cars but it doesn't say who or what. In this case you would want something like (Jimscarshop.com or Jimscars.com) but probably not (Jimsshop.com), because while that does say its a shop it doesn't say what kind of shop.
It also depends on what type of business is it. Is it a non-profit? is it an internet business? It is a store that only sells in the US? If it is a church or something you might wanna go with a .org. If it is an internet based business you might wanna go with a .net. And if its a store that just sells in the US you might wanna go with a .us. That is just a few of domains that you can get, there are a lot more and they all have a purpose.
So now you may be asking "Where do I get a domain name?" well there are a lot of places you can buy them from but the most trusted and biggest one is GoDaddy.com.
56 percent of consumers don't trust a business without a website. It's sort of like not having a phone for your business-every business should have one. So with that said we offer website design at reasonable prices, which includes a mobile version for display on smartphones, a feature we say is a necessity with so many people accessing the internet through their cell phones.
We found a statistic from weebly.com that 60 percent of consumers are frustrated by sites that don't work well on phones and tablets. So we think it is really important that you have a mobile website. With the CMS we have it makes it easy to get you a really good mobile website and it comes with our packages.
Here is our website on a iPod and a Tablet and you can see it displays most things very nicely!
What Is a Footer?
A website footer is whats at the bottom of the website just like the header is found on the top of the website. The footer usually has stuff like copyright and social network info and sometimes contact and more about info. If a website has a newsletter you can usually find the sign up on the footer, or if there are pages you don't see on the header like a blog you might find it on the footer.
Why Is a Footer Important?
Website footers are important because people look at the footer as much as the header. If it is a news article when people finish reading the footer is right there and they probably look at that next.
